    The Blood Utilization Compliance Officer monitors the compliance of the hospital with requirements of Department of Health (DOH) regarding blood transfusion practices. He/She also monitors the compliance of different hospital units to the Hospital Blood Transfusion Program to ensure patient safety during transfusion of and appropriate utilization of blood and blood products.

    The License & Policy Officer monitors hospital plans, programs, policies, and ensures that procedures are updated, compliant, and consistent with regulatory and accreditation standards. He/She also monitors hospital licenses and accreditation and its timely renewal.

    The Procurement Assistant - Buyer is responsible for the efficient and effective processing of requests to purchase goods and services for assigned accounts required by the hospital. He/She sources for suppliers and handles negotiations with them. He/She also ensures appropriate and timely delivery of purchase requests according to established policies and procedures.
